Kendriya Vidyalaya Sector-3 Rohini Delhi Class 1 Admission 2020-21 – Instructions for Parents

The list displayed is provisional, subject to the verification of documents declared in the Registration Form by the parent. The verification of documents and admission for the provisionally selected candidates will be held from 13.08.2020 to 22.08.2020 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.

Parents are requested to bring the following documents in original with one set of photocopy:-

1. Original Online Registration form (filled at the time of online registration)

2. Date of Birth Certificate issued by competent Authority

3. Copy of SC/ST/OBC-NCL/Disabled Candidates certificate issued by competent authority.

4. A service certificate including transfer detail (if required) signed and stamped by the head of the office with employee number(format displayed ).

5. Latest Salary Slip of the parents. (for Govt. Employee)

6. Discharge slip for Ex-serviceman.

7. Two colored passport size recent photograph of child.

8. Blood Group report of a child from a pathology lab.

9. Aadhar Card of the of the child

10. Residence Proof (latest Electricity Bill/LPG gas bill/Water bill)

11. Every photocopy of document, which is submitted should be self-attested by the parents.

12. In case of SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidate the certificate in respect of either of the parents will be accepted but certificate in respect of child has to be submitted within a period of 3 months from date of admission.

13. Reservation as per law provided will be binding.

14. In case the formalities are not completed, the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the waiting list.

15. Instructions regarding the books, uniforms, school timing, etc. will be given by the class teachers.

16. The next list will be displayed on 24.08.2020 at 4:00 p.m if vacancies exist.

17. Single Girl Child Affidavit should be of First Class Magistrate.

18. In view of COVID PANDEMIC situation only single parent

should report for admission along with Face mask, the entry will be allowed only for those whose Aarogya setu App shows Green status.

19. Please bring your own pen and stationery required.

NOTE:

• MERE REGISTRATION WILL NOT CONFER A RIGHT TO ADMISSION.
• INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORM SHALL NORMALLY BE REJECTED.
• ADMISSION SECURED ON THE BASIS OF ANY WRONG CERTIFICATE WILL BE CANCELLED BY THE PRINCIPAL FORTHWITH AND NO APPEAL AGAINST SUCH ACTION OF THE PRINCIPAL SHALL BE ENTERTAINED
