Fees Structure Jan-May 2018 Semester

PAYMENT OF FEES

The students/scholars are required to pay as noted against their fees category as per schedule given below,

All the students / scholars (including HTTA/HTRA students / scholars) have to pay their semester fees directly through online.

All SC/ST and PwD students/scholars are exempted from payment of Tuition fees irrespective of their parental income

Dual degree students have to pay B.Tech. fees for first 8 semesters and M.Tech fees for 9th and 10th semesters

Students/Scholars are permitted to pay the Institute fees in installments however full fees has to be paid on or before 31st March 2018.

The last date for payment of Hostel Fees is 15th January 2018.

For payment of HOSTEL fees — www.ccw.iitm.ac.in (or) www.dost.iitm.ac.in

The procedure for fee payment for Jan-May 2018 semester is enumerated below for guidance:

Click the link – ‘Academic Fee Payment Portal’ at https://www.iitm.ac.in/academics to pay the INSTITUTE fee using any bank Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking.

Once you enter the roll number, verify the Name and Date of Birth displayed on screen.

Please check the ‘Fee structure’ PDF file and enter the appropriate amount for Tuition fees and Other fees.

You will see a message on screen confirming successful payment. You can also confirm the payment if you are on campus through https://workflow.iitm.ac.in/student, by following the ‘PaymentHistory’ link. (The new finance transaction portal is similar to what you use for irctc)

Note: If the transaction fails and money is deducted from your account, then please wait 3 to 5 working days for money to be credited back to your account. If the money is not credited automatically, then contact accounts section at accounts@iitm.ac.in with your Roll number, Name and Transaction ID.

HOSTELLERS – HOSTEL FEES

The last date for payment of hostel fees is 15th January 2018

In addition all students staying in the Hostel have to pay following hostel fees to Hostel Management Account through the website www.ccw.iitm.ac.in (or) www.dost.iitm.ac.inusing any bank Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking.

Students availing bank loan only can obtain demand draft drawn as per following details:
