KV Summer, Winter and Autumn Vacation 2023-24

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is releasing the summer, winter, and autumn vacation region-wise holiday list for all KV schools in India every year. The KVS has not yet released the breaks and vacation for the academic year 2023-24! The expected summer, winter, and autumn holiday periods for the period 2023-24 are given below for your further reference! After issuing the announcement by KVS on this subject, we will update the same here immediately!

• The vacation break of a summer vacation of forty days will be started from May 2023 to June 2023.
• The vacation break of autumn vacation of ten days will be started from October 2023 to December 2023.
• The vacation break of winter vacation of twenty days will be started from December 2023 to January 2024.

• The vacation break of a summer vacation of forty-eight days will be started from May 2023 to June 2023.
• The vacation break of an autumn vacation of ten days will be started in October 2023.
• The vacation break of winter vacation of twelve days will be started from December 2023 to January 2024.

• The vacation break of summer vacation of ten days will be started in May 2023.
• The vacation break of an autumn vacation of ten days will be started in October 2023.
• The vacation break of the winter vacation of fifty days will be started from December 2023 to January 2024.

• The vacation break of summer vacation of twenty days will be started in May and June 2023.
• The vacation break of an autumn vacation of ten days will be started in October 2023.
• The vacation break of winter vacation of forty days will be started from December 2023 to January 2024.

• The vacation break of winter vacation of seventy days will be started from December 2023 to February 2024.

• The vacation break of summer vacation of twenty days will be started in May and June 2023.
• The vacation break of the winter vacation of fifty days will be started from December 2023 to January 2024.

• The vacation break of summer vacation of ten days will be started in May 2023.
• The vacation break of an autumn vacation of ten days will be started in October 2023.
• The vacation break of winter vacation of fifty days will be started from December 2023 to February 2024.

• The vacation break of summer vacation of forty days will be started in May 2023.
• The vacation break of an autumn vacation of ten days will be started in October 2023.
• The vacation break of winter vacation of twenty days will be started from December 2023 to January 2024.

• Both dates (days) are inclusive.
• If the day of opening/day before closing Vidyalaya is a holiday or declared a holiday by govt, the same will be included in Vacation & Break
• Teachers / Employees whose services are needed for CBSE Board Examinations Class-X & XII -2022 & Evaluation work as per the direction of CBSE will be retained by the Principal of the KV.
  Proportionate leave (EL/CCL) as per rule will be given for the period of stay at the station for CBSE Examination & Evaluation.
• Principals are instructed to adhere to the above instructions and take necessary action for granting leave entitled to the Teachers/Employees who will perform their duties for CBSE Board Examination & Evaluation during the summer vacation.
