Notice

This is to inform you that admission list for selected candidates is displayed on Notice Board on 26/03/2019. The admission for the same will be started from 27/03/2019 (10.00AM to 1.00 PM).

Parents of the selected candidates are requested to visit the Vidyalaya with the documents in the prescribed time.

DOCUMENTS TO BE REQUIRED

For Class I,
1.Certificate of proof of age in the from of a birth certificate issued by the authority competent to register births.

2.For grandchildren of KVS employee a proof of relationship of either of the cild’s parent with the KVS employee (Serving or retired) would be required.

3. A certificate that the child belongs to the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/EWS/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/BPL wherever applicable, issued by the competent authority in concerned State Government/Union Goernment.

4. A certificate from the civil surgeon/rehabilitation centre or any other competent authority defined by the Government of India O.M. No. 36035/5/88/Estt. (sct) dated 4.5.1999 certifying the child to be handicapped, wherever applicable.

5. A service certificate showing the number of transfers during the preceding 7 years duly signed and stamped by the head of office beraing the name, designation and other relevant particulars in block letters.

6. A certificate of retirement for uniformed Defence employees

7. Proof of Residence.
