Original Documents along with a set of self-attested set of Xerox copies to be produced
1. Printed Copy of the Downloaded Registration Form
2. Date of Birth certificate of the Candidate with name.
2. Proof of Employment from competent authority.
3. BPL Ration Card / EWS Certificate
4. SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate from Competent Authority.
5. One Passport sized Photograph of the Child.
6. Address proof: Ration Card/ Aadhar card (child) / electricity bill/ Govt. authorized gas bill
7. Aadhar Card of the Child
8. Single girl child certificate to be produced from the first class magistrate.
Note: The Child must be present at the time of Admission
