b) VVN (Rs . 500 x 3): Rs. 1500/-

No Fees For RTE Candidates (If parents having reimbursement facility, he/she has to pay the fees)

4.Documents to be produced
a) Online Registration from with 2 photos of the child.
a) Original & Self attested Copy of Birth certificate of the Child.
c) Parent’s Email id and Mobile Number (Father & Mother)
d)Residence proof of the Parent
e)Original Service Certificate in the prescribed pro-forma, in case of Service Category.
f) Original Certificate Showing No. of transfers during last 7 years in prescribed format.
g) Original & Self attested Copy of Caste Certificate in the name of the child (if applicable)
h) Self-Declaration of Distance (if applicable)
i) Original & Self attested Copy of proof of BPL/EWS certificate (if applicable)
j) Original & Self attested Copy of Aadhaar card.
K) Affidavit for Single Girl Child.
l) Blood Group Report of the Child
m) Original & Self attested copy of Disability Certificate in (if applicable)
