List-02 of Provisionally Selected Candidates For Admission To Class I (2019-20)

The following candidates are provisionally selected for admission to class I. The parents of the selected children for admission are requested to report in the Primary Block on the date and time mentioned here under. They should produce the following documents at the time of admission:

1.Print out of the application form submitted online.

2.Original Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority (with attested xerox copy of Birth Certificate / Copy of extract of part II order).

3.A Certificate that the child belong to the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe / EWS/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / BPL, Wherever applicable, issued by the competent authority in concerned State Government / Union Government (with attested photocopy).

4.Service Certificate issued by the competent Authority, not below the rank of Lt. Colonel or equivalent rank who maintains Services records of the employees.

5. Certificate showing Number of Transfer during last 7 years, duly signed and stamped by the Head of the Office bearing the Name, Designation and other relevant particulars in Block Letters.

6.Proof of Residence of parent. Quarter Allotment Letter / Ration Card / Aadhar Card or any other relevant document.(with attested Xerox copies)

7.Original affidavit for Single Girl Child (SGC) issued by Class I Magistrate if applicable.

8.Certificate of Retirement / Discharge for Defence employees, wherever applicable. (with attested Xerox copies)

9.Differently Abled Certificate from Civil Surgeon / Rehabilitation Centre or any Authority defined by the child as differently abled.(with attested Xerox copy)

10.Self Declaration mentioning the distance from Residence to the Vidyalaya in Kilometers.

11.Blood Group test report of the child.

12.Aadhar card of the child and e-Mail ID.

13.Income Certificate / Pay Slip duly signed.

Admission Schedule

Fees to be paid on or before 11-04-2019, failing which the admission will be cancelled

Note:

a) Names displayed in the lists are provisionally selected candidates, subject to the verification of original documents.
b) The next list of Admission will be displayed on 12-04-2019 (Time 5.00 PM.) if vacancy exists.
c) Transfer Certificates will be issued only after completion of one year in case of fresh admission.
