NOTICE FOR REGISTRATION OF
ADMISSION TO CLASS XI
SESSION 2020-21

FOR OWN KV STUDENTS:

• (a) SCHEDULE: 17.07.2020 TO 22.07.2020
• (b) MODE: ONLINE(preferably due to COVID-19)
• (c) Registration Form: Available on School website https://agcrcolony.kvs.ac.in
• (d) Students should email/send the duly filled-in Registration Form on the desired email given below:
  SHIFT-1 Students will send on [email protected]
  SHIFT-2 Students will send on [email protected]
• (e) Students should email a SINGLE. PDF Form that will consist of the
  following:
  1. Filled-in Registration Form.
  2. Copy of CBSE class X Marksheet from CBSE website.
  3. Any caste/category document.
  4. Any other document related to Sports/Scout & Guide, etc. as given in Form.
• (f) Students should email a SINGLE. PDF file having filename as the
  name of student & their BOARD ROLL No. that will comprises of all
  the documents covered in point (e) above. E.g. if a student RAM has
  roll no. 14111234, then the file name should be “RAM14111234.pdf”.
• (g) Eligibility Criteria for various streams:
• (h) Students who have opted “Maths Standard” in class X are only eligible for getting Maths subject in class XI.
• (i) If a student not able to apply within the above given schedule, then
  his/her claim for admission stands CANCELLED.

KV Khichripur Students for HUMANITIES Stream: Students of K.V.

Khichripur who are seeking admission in Humanities stream note the
following points:

• Admission will be done only after completion of admission of own KV students.
• They should register in both K.V. AGCR Colony as well K.V. NFC Vigyan Vihar.
• The admission may be granted based on the No. of vacancies exists in Humanities stream.
• Students should be given preference in order of the distance of their residence from K.V. AGCR Colony.

NOTE: REGISTRATION TO ADMISSION TO NON-KV STUDENTS WILL ONLY BE STARTED IF ANY SEAT IS LYING VACANT AFTER THE ADMISSION OF KV STUDENTS AND IT’S NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 2 WEEKS OF CBSE CLASS X RESULT DECLARATION I.E. 29.07.2020.

• Students who are seeking admission in class XI kindly note that due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, you should contact the school from Mobile Phone or Email as far as possible and avoid visiting the school personally
