Apply online for RTE Tamil Nadu Admission 2023-24. The last date to register for TN RTE Application Form along with eligibility, age limit and required documents is available. The Directorate of Government Examination has invited applications for students who wish to get admitted into primary classes. The primary goal of the RTE is to provide free and mandatory education to students in all states across India, effectively increasing the number of educated students in the state. The Tamil Nadu RTE School List for 2023-24 will be published by concerned authorities soon after the RTE Admission booking process ends. Students can check the TN RTE Selection List 2023 by visiting the official website, rte.tnschools.gov.in. On May 28, 2023, Tamil Nadu law will be releasing the Tamil Nadu RTE Selection List.
To apply for RTE Tamil Nadu admission 2023, students can visit www.rte.tnschools.gov.in to access the application form, information about school list and last date to submit the application. Online registration is open now, and students can take advantage of a 25% scholarship by applying for RTE admission 2023. RTE TN Class 1 or LKG School Admission 2023-2024
RTE TN School Admission 2023-24: In order to apply to private schools under the provisions of Section 12.1(c) of the Right to Education Act, 2009, interested individuals must submit an application and provide a set of essential documents. The registration period for the 2023-24 academic year will begin on April 20th, 2023 at 1:00 PM and end on May 18th, 2023. The required documents include a photograph of the applicant (150 px X 175 px), a birth certificate, an AADHAR or ration card of the parent or guardian, an income certificate for weaker section candidates, a community certificate for disadvantage group candidates, and a disadvantaged group special category certificate. Please ensure that you have all necessary documents ready prior to submitting your application.
The Department of School Education under the Government of Tamil Nadu issued a notification regarding RTE admission for the academic year 2023-24. 25 percent of available seats in class 1 or LKG should be allotted to poor children as per the RTE Act 2009. All parents and guardians are requested to apply under the RTE Act to your nearest school in the portal (rte.tnschools.gov.in)

Age Criteria for TN RTE Admission 2023-24
The applicant or child should be born between 1st August 2018 and 31st July 2019 for LKG and the child must be born between 1.8.2016 and 31.7.2017 for getting admission for class 1.

RTE TN Admission Lottery Results in 2023-24
All school management is advised to conduct the ‘Draw of Lots’ or Lottery Scheme method for selecting the applicant for class 1 or LKG. The results of the lottery should be uploaded on the official website of the respective school and displayed on their Notice Board.
