Kendriya Vidyalaya Parbhani Admission Date
The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is preparing to issue a notification pertaining to the admission schedule for all classes within its extensive network of more than 1200 schools situated throughout India. The following information presents the approximate dates for each stage of the admission procedure, encompassing registration, draw of lots, announcement of selection outcomes, waiting lists, and the ultimate deadline for admission.
Important Dates for KVS Admission 2024-25
The KVS Admission Notification for the previous academic year (2023-24) was issued on March 25, 2023. It is anticipated that the notification for the upcoming academic year (2024-25) will be released on March 18, 2024.
The online registration for Class-1 Admission took place from March 27, 2023, to April 17, 2023. It is expected that the registration for the academic year 2024-25 will begin on March 25, 2024, and end on April 15, 2024.
Registration for Class-2 and above Admission, which took place from April 3, 2023, to April 12, 2023, is expected to occur from April 8 to April 17, 2024, for the academic year 2024-25.
The Online Draw of Lots for all KV schools in the last academic year was conducted on April 20, 2023. It is anticipated that the Lottery Draw for the academic year 2024-25 will take place on April 25, 2024.
In the previous academic year, the first selection results and waiting list of registered candidates were announced on April 20, 2023. This process will be followed by all KV schools, and the merit list will be announced on April 25, 2024.
The second selection list of registered candidates was declared on April 28, 2023, in the previous academic year. If there are any remaining vacant seats, the second merit list will be announced on May 3, 2024.
Similarly, the third selection list of registered candidates was declared on May 4, 2023, in the previous academic year. If there are still vacancies, the third candidates’ selection list will be announced on May 3, 2024.
For Class 2 onwards (except Class 11), the offline mode application form registration began on April 3, 2023, and ended on April 12, 2023, in the previous academic year. The process will commence on April 1, 2024, and conclude on April 10, 2024, for the academic year 2024-25.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Parbhani Eligibility Age
When submitting an application for admission to Balvatika-3 and Class-1 through the KVS admission portal, it is of utmost importance to consider the age of the child. It is crucial to ensure that the child’s age aligns with the specified requirements, as even a slight deviation will lead to the rejection of your application by the portal. For the academic year 2024-25, the cut-off date for the age of applicants in all KV schools is March 31, 2024. Kendriya Vidyalaya Parbhani Admission Reservation
Reservation in Admission for KVS Class-1: In accordance with the regulations outlined in the Right to Education Act of 2009, it is imperative to incorporate reservations for students belonging to the SC, ST, OBC-NCL, and Differently Abled categories during the admission procedure. The allocation of seats should adhere to the following specified percentages:
The allocation of seats in Kendriya Vidyalayas follows a reservation policy to ensure equal opportunities for different categories of students. The reservation percentages are as follows: 15% of seats for Scheduled Caste (SC), 7.5% of seats for Scheduled Tribe (ST), and 27% of seats for Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL). These reservation percentages are applicable to all fresh admissions in Kendriya Vidyalayas.
In addition to the aforementioned reservations, a horizontal reservation of 3% of the total available seats should be made for differently abled children. It is important to note that the reservation norms must be applied while considering the approved class strength, which should not exceed 40 students per section.
To provide further clarity, the specific reservation allocations for each category are as follows: 25% of seats under the Right to Education (RTE) category, which amounts to 10 seats; 15% of seats for Scheduled Caste (SC), which amounts to 6 seats; 7.5% of seats for Scheduled Tribe (ST), which amounts to 3 seats; and 27% of seats for Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL), which amounts to 11 seats.
Moreover, it is crucial to allocate 3% of the seats horizontally for differently abled applicants, ensuring that they have fair representation in admissions.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Parbhani Registration Process
Kendriya Vidyalaya Registration Process for Admission: The Principal will distribute registration forms free of charge. However, for Class I, registration will be conducted online through the Online Admission Portal once it becomes active. Each shift of Kendriya Vidyalaya will be treated as a separate Vidyalaya for admission purposes.
To ensure a seamless and efficient application process, please have the following information ready: a valid mobile number with an Indian SIM card, a valid email address, a digital or scanned photograph of the child seeking admission (in JPEG format and not exceeding 256KB), a scanned copy of the child’s birth certificate (in JPEG or PDF format and not exceeding 256KB), details of any applicable government certificate for economically weak sections, and transfer details of the parent or grandparent whose service credentials will be used in the application.
There are two essential steps to successfully submit an application form. Firstly, you need to register on the portal. Once registered, you will receive a unique Login Code, which must be carefully noted. The second step is to complete and submit the application form. You must use the Login Code obtained during registration to log in and fill out the online application form. You can indicate up to three (3) different Vidyalayas in India in a single form without any preference among them. After completing the application form, click on the Submit Application button to submit it. Upon successful submission, you will receive a unique Application Submission Code, which is different from the Login Code. Additionally, you will be provided with a list of original documents that must be submitted to the Vidyalaya if provisional admission is offered. Please ensure that you carefully note down your Application Submission Code and the list of required documents for admission.

In order to apply for admission, it is imperative to provide all the necessary documentation in addition to a hard copy of the completed Registration Form. The required documents consist of two passport-sized photographs, evidence of date of birth, proof of residence, blood type certification, Aadhar card, caste certification (if relevant), income certification (if applicable), and an OBC-Non Creamy Layer certificate.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Parbhani Lottery Results
KVS Draw of Lots for Admission: Admission to KV schools is contingent upon the Priority Category. In cases where there are multiple applications within a specific category, a collective assessment will be conducted, and the selection of candidates will be decided through a random selection process. In order to maintain impartiality and clarity, each Kendriya Vidyalaya will form a committee tasked with overseeing the random selection process for Class I or any other grade, in offline mode. This will occur when circumstances arise that prevent accommodating all candidates within a certain category or those with the same number of transfers, given the limited number of available seats.
Once the registration process is closed, the sequence in which each Kendriya Vidyalaya will conduct the lottery is as follows:

Kendriya Vidyalaya Parbhani Fee Structure
No charges will be levied on children admitted under the 25% quota as prescribed by the Right to Education (RTE) Act of 2009. All expenses pertaining to NCERT textbooks, notebooks, stationery, uniforms, and transportation will be reimbursed upon submission of valid invoices for 25% of the children admitted under the RTE provisions. However, this reimbursement is subject to predefined limits and the availability of funds. The exemptions and benefits provided by the RTE Act will persist for children enrolled in Class I, extending until Class VIII. This applies whether they remain in the same Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) or transfer to another KV, in alignment with the provisions of the RTE Act.
