The DMRC basic salary grade-wise table is an exhaustive list that details the pay rates for each and every individual working for the DMRC. There are two primary divisions: executive staff and non-executive staff. Both of these are subdivided further. Each classification comes with its own pay scale and range of salaries to go along with it. For instance, the basic wage for non-executive workers is from 16,000 to 50,000 rupees per month, but the basic salary for executive staff ranges from 50,000 to 160,000 rupees per month. There are two subgroups that make up the classification of posts that fall within the non-executive category. These are the Non-Supervisor staff and the Supervisor staff. And within the category of executive officers, there are also two subcategories: executive and functional board of directors. Allowances and additional perks, such as medical insurance and housing allowance, are added on top of this income to make up the whole compensation package. Additionally, based on how well they do their jobs, members of the executive staff may be eligible for promotions and salary increases.
