Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Structure 2024-25
Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Structure 2024-25: The deadline for KVS Fee payment for the academic year 2024-25 is fast approaching. Existing students who will not be present for verification are advised to deactivate and subsequently reactivate their profiles to ensure visibility for verification purposes.
New admission students can input their data, complete verification, and pay fees for Quarter 4 (January-March) of the 2023-2024 session from February 5, 2024, to February 28, 2024. Existing students are also required to make fee payments within the same period.
Furthermore, for the upcoming session 2024-2025, data input and verification for Quarter 1 (April-June) will begin on February 5, 2024, and continue until March 27, 2024. It is imperative that all KV teachers ensure the prompt completion of student data entry and verifications according to the specified schedule while offering necessary guidance.

Only for Class 10 Students – Board Result Declaration is Due.
For Class 10 students, Kendriya Vidyalaya fees should be paid only after the board result declaration. All existing Class 10 students should be promoted to the unused section of Class 11 (Sec C to Sec H) as mentioned above. The default password is “kvs.”
There is no need to verify these students in the unused section of Class 11, as it may result in them paying fees in April.
After the declaration of the 10th result, a separate menu will be provided for the promotion, demotion, and verification of unverified records available in the unused section of Class 11.
Note: If the school only goes up till Class 10, then promote the Class 10 students to the unused sections (10 Sec C to 10 Sec H) as mentioned above. The default password is “kvs.”
Only for Class 12th Students
For Class 12 students, Kendriya Vidyalaya fees should be paid only after the board result declaration. All existing Class 12 students should be promoted to the same class’s unused section (Sec C to Sec H) as mentioned above. The default password is “kvs.”
There is no need to verify these students in the unused section, as it may result in them paying fees in April.
To register new students and pay the KVS fee, follow these steps:
1. Enter the student’s information through the “Data Entry” menu located in the class teacher’s log-in section under “New Admission.”
2. Verify the student details from the “Verify/Modify” menu located under “New Admission” in the teacher’s log-in.
3. Verify the student details from the “Verify/Modify” menu located under “New Admission” in the principal’s log-in.
4. After verifying, students can pay their fee, which will then be available for verification or modification in the existing student section for the subsequent quarter fee payment.
Regarding fee collection, the following periods are designated for each type of KVS fee:
1. Quarterly Fee: every year in April, July, October, and January.
2. Advance Fee: can only be paid during the quarter fee collection month and is applicable for one academic year only.

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has introduced a convenient payment platform for fee payments. The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangatham Fee Payment is now available on Bharat Bill Pay, specifically under the Education category. You now have the option to pay your child’s Kendriya Vidyalaya fee online using any payment app powered by Bharat Bill Pay.
This means that you can conveniently pay your fees through various platforms such as PayTM, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and several banks, including small finance banks and NBFCs.
