Online Payment Process for 4th Quarter KV Fees!
The commencement of the KVS Fee for the fourth quarter (January to March 2024) is taking place today, on November 6th, 2023. The data entry and verification process for the fourth quarter of KV fees, which includes the months of January to March, will begin today and continue until December 26th, 2023.
New students who have been admitted for the academic session 2023-24 can enter their data, verify it, and pay fees for the third quarter (October – December) from October 1st to October 31st, 2023.
Existing students for the academic session 2023-24 can pay fees for the third quarter (October – December) during the same period, from October 1st to October 31st, 2023.
We kindly request that all KV Teachers ensure the completion of student data entry and verifications at all levels before the aforementioned schedule. Additionally, please provide appropriate guidance in this matter.
To register new students and pay the KVS fee, please follow these steps:
1. Enter the student’s information through the “Data Entry” menu in the class teacher’s log-in section under “New Admission.”
2. Verify the student details from the “Verify/Modify” menu under “New Admission” in the teacher’s log-in.
3. Verify the student details from the “Verify/Modify” menu under “New Admission” in the principal’s log-in.
4. Once verified, students can proceed to pay their fee. After payment, the details will be available for verification or modification in the existing student section for the subsequent quarter fee payment.
Regarding fee collection, the following periods are designated for each type of KVS fee:
1. Quarterly Fee: Due in April, July, October, and January of each year.
2. Advance Fee: Can only be paid during the quarter fee collection month and is applicable for one academic year only.
3. Arrear Fee: Payable during quarter fee collection months or in subsequent months for previous quarters’ fees, up to a limit of one academic year.
4. New Admission Fee: Payable at any time during one academic year. Please note that Arrears and New Admission fees may be closed for a certain or limited period for maintenance activities.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee Structure 2024-25
Union Bank of India (UPI) is an authorized banking institution for the payment of various fees applicable to students of KV Schools. Recently, Andhra Bank and Corporation Bank merged with UBI Bank, resulting in a change of the IFSC code and account number.
Online payment of fees for KV Schools can be conveniently done through UBI Bank. The fee structure is as follows:
1. Admission Fee: Rs. 25
2. Re-Admission Fee: Rs. 100
Tuition Fee:
a. Class IX-X (Boys): Rs. 200
b. Class XI and XII (Boys) – Commerce & Humanities: Rs. 300
c. Class XI and XII (Boys) – Science: Rs. 400
Computer Fund:
a. Applicable from Class III onwards, where Computer education is provided: Rs. 100
b. Computer Science Fee (for elective subjects) + 2 stage: Rs. 150
Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi:
a. Class I – X: Rs. 500
b. Class XI and XII (Non-Science): Rs. 500
c. Class XI and XII (Science): Rs. 500
KVS Fee Online Payment 2024-2025
The tuition fee/VVN fund for the month must be paid to the bank/school on or before the 10th of each month for the collection fee of KVs. If the 15th of a month falls on a holiday, the fee will be collected on the next working day. Subsequently, a late fee and higher contribution of Rs. 5 (Rs. Five Only) per day will be charged/deposited until the last working day of the month, separately.
If students fail to pay their dues by the last working day of the month, their names will be removed from the enrollment list. The name can only be reinstated upon payment of a re-admission fee of Rs. 100, along with all outstanding dues, which must be verified by the Class-teacher before depositing in the bank.
To pay the KV fees online for the year 2023-24, please follow these steps:
1. Visit the website portal of Union Bank of India.
2. Click on the link “Online Challan Generation and Fee Receipt.”
3. Enter your unique 15-digit student ID and Date of Birth.
4. Click the submit button and choose the option to pay the fees.
5. After successfully making the payment, click on “Print Receipt.”

– VVN Fee: Rs. 1500

Classes 3 to 5 at KV:
– VVN Fee: Rs. 1500

Classes 9 and 10 (Boys) at KV:

KV Fees Receipt Challan Download
From 01.01.2006 onwards, female students in classes VI to XII who are the sole child of their parents will be exempted from paying tuition fees, computer fund, and VVN contribution. In the case of emergency assistance, students will be exempted from VVN fees for one academic session, and the computer fund and VVN contribution will also be exempted for one academic session.
Please take note of the following:
1. The exemption mentioned above for various fees will no longer apply to the children of government employees, including Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan employees, as they receive reimbursement from their respective departments.
2. Kendriya Vidyalayas under the project sector have the authority to implement their own differential fee structure as per KVS Letter No. 6-1/91-KVS (Budget) dated 11.11.1999.
3. The provisions incorporated in Article 123-124 of the Education Code for Kendriya Vidyalayas regarding fee exemption will continue to be enforced.

Generate KVS Fee Challan & Print Receipt 2024-2025
Kendriya Vidyala Sangatham Fee Payment is now available on Bharat Bill Pay under the Education Category. Now you can pay your child’s Kendriya Vidyalaya Fee online through any payment app powered by Bharat Bill Pay.
Note: If you make KV Fee payment through any bank credit card at the Online KV Fee payment web portal or at PoS Machine installed in identified schools, transaction charges of 1.5% plus taxes will be added.
Note: Please do not make a second payment if the payment receipt is not generated instantly. Parents/Students are requested to wait for at least one more working day from the date of the transaction. If the problem persists, please proceed with a fresh transaction. Your earlier payment, if received by the bank after two working days of your first transaction, will be automatically refunded back to your bank through the same mode.

Fees Payment Through Union Fee Pay 2024-2025
Union Fee Pay, a fee collection solution offered by Union Bank of India, provides a comprehensive set of solutions for Educational Institutions. Union Fee Pay manages all fee components applicable to each student, including Tuition Fee, VVN Fee, and Computer Fee.
Union Bank of India will collect the entire fee for all Vidyalayas across India.
Fee can be paid through both offline and online modes.
Students/Parents/Stakeholders of KVS can make payment of their Vidyalaya fee using any Credit Card, Bank Debit Card, Bank Internet Banking, or any Bank Mobile Banking Application on their Smartphone.
Students/Parents/Stakeholders of KVS can also visit any branch of Union Bank of India across the country to make the payment for Vidyalaya fee.
Easy reconciliation is provided for Vidyalayas.
Automated calculation of the fee for every student is implemented.
KVS School Fee Exemption 2023-24
Exemption from the payment of Tuition Fees, VVN, and Computer Fund is provided based on specific categories. For female students in grades I-XII, the Tuition Fees are exempted, while there is no exemption for the Computer Fund and VVN Contribution. Similarly, SC/ST students are exempted from paying Tuition Fees, but there is no exemption for the Computer Fund and VVN Contribution. Children of KVS Employees also receive exemption from Tuition Fees, but there is no exemption for the Computer Fund and VVN Contribution.
Payment of Fees at KV School 2024-2025
The exemption of tuition fees is applicable to the children of officers and men of the armed forces and paramilitary personnel who were killed or disabled during the hostilities in 1962, 1965, 1971, and 1999. This exemption also applies to the children of defense personnel of the Indian Peace Keeping Force (IPKF) in Sri Lanka and armed forces personnel killed or disabled in “Operation Meghdoot” in the Siachen area and “Operation Vijay” in Kargil.
While the tuition fees are exempted, the computer fund does not qualify for exemption. The VVN contribution is also exempted for this category.
Additionally, children of armed forces and para-military forces personnel whose parents were killed, declared missing, or permanently disabled during any counter-insurgency operation in India or abroad are eligible for exemption from payment of tuition fees, VVN, and computer fund. However, this exemption is subject to the condition that the children produce a certificate granted by the concerned ministry.
Children whose parents are living below the poverty line, have up to two children, and possess a BPL card are exempted from tuition fees and VVN contributions. However, the computer fund does not qualify for exemption in this case.
Disabled students are also eligible for exemption from tuition fees. The computer fund does not qualify for exemption in this case either. This exemption is subject to the conditions laid down in KVS Letter No. F125-19/2007-08/KVS (Budget) dated 15.10.2009.
All girl students from classes VI to XII who happen to be the only child of their parents are exempted from tuition fees, computer fund, and VVN contribution starting from 01.01.2006.
In case of emergency assistance to students, exemption of VVN fees for one academic session is allowed. The computer fund and VVN contribution are also exempted for one academic session.
