Unique ID Login Portal Format for KVS Students 2025-26: Please refer to the format of the Kendriya Vidyalaya School Students Unique ID login portal for the academic year. It is important to familiarize yourself with the admission rules, regulations, and guidelines of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) for the academic year. These can be found on the official website of KVS (kvsangathan.nic.in) in the form of a PDF document.
KV Shift School Separate Application 2025
We strongly advise against submitting multiple applications to the same Vidyalaya for one child. If multiple registration forms are submitted for the same child in the same Kendriya Vidyalaya, only the last application will be considered during the admission process.
In a double shift Kendriya Vidyalaya, each shift (1st and 2nd) will be treated as a separate Vidyalaya for admission purposes.
2 Important Steps in KV Admission Portal 2025
There are two necessary steps to successfully submit an application form. First, you must register on the portal, which will assign you a unique Login Code. It is important to note this code for future reference. Second, you need to fill and submit the application form using the Login Code obtained during registration. The online application form allows you to indicate up to three (3) different Vidyalayas in India, without any preference between them. After completing the form, it must be submitted by clicking on the Submit Application button. Upon successful submission, you will receive a unique Application Submission Code, which is different from the Login Code. Additionally, you will be provided with a list of original documents that must be submitted to the Vidyalaya if provisional admission is offered. Please make sure to note down your Application Submission Code and the list of documents required for admission.
KV Admission Portal Login
First go to the official website of KVS Admission Portal [kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in]
- Click the Register button located in the right side corner of KVS Admission Portal
- And scroll down to the bottom of the webpage, and click Proceed button [works only from 28.2.2025]
If you are already registered then click the Login button and enter the details as given below in the form.
KVS Admission Login Code 2025
To login to the admission application portal, you will need to provide the following information exactly as it was entered during registration: Login Code (generated after successful registration), date of birth of the child, and the mobile number used during registration (with an Indian SIM card). Once this information is entered correctly, you can click on the “Login” button to access the online admission form.
If you need to cancel a submitted application, you can re-apply using the same Login Code before the deadline for submission. However, please note that this will be treated as a fresh application, requiring you to fill and submit the form again. A new Application Submission Code will be generated upon submission of the fresh application.
When communicating with KVS and the Vidyalayas you have applied to, please use only your Application Submission Code (not your Login Code).

Procedure for KV Student ID login Admission Portal
To enter the Admissions Portal, you must provide the following information when registering
⇒ Login Code (Generated After Successful Registration)
⇒ Date of birth of child entered while signing up (Registering)
⇒ Mobile number (with Indian SIM card) entered while signing up (Registering)
⇒ After getting into the above records correctly, please click on on the “Login” button to open the web admission form.
