Scan Copy of Date of Birth Certificate
Child’s date of birth: The information provided during the registration process will be displayed in this section. Please note that this field cannot be modified. To secure admission to class 1, a birth certificate must be presented as proof of the child’s age. The birth certificate should be issued by the appropriate authority responsible for registering births. Acceptable certificates include those from Notified Area Council, Municipality, Municipal Corporation, extracts from the records of Village Panchayat, Military Hospital, and service records of Defence personnel. Please ensure that a scanned or photographed copy of this certificate is uploaded on the online admission portal.
Additionally, the original birth certificate must be presented to the Vidyalaya during the admission process. The original certificate will be returned to the parent after verification by the Vidyalaya. Before submitting the online application form, it is mandatory to upload scans or images of two documents: the birth certificate and a photo of the child seeking admission. Please note that only .jpeg or .pdf files are accepted for upload, and each file should not exceed 256 KB in size.
